  We used MidSouth to replace our old roof which had hail damage and a leak. Cody Pennington did an amazing job from the initial inspection throughout completion. Cody is very response and is always on time. I would definitely recommend Midsouth and Cody for any roofing repair!

  My wife and I are very pleased with our new roof. Cody our project manager led us through the entire process from the first inspection, insurance assistance and he helped with the clean-up. Cody was always just a text or call away. The workers on site were very courteous and hard workers. The project was completed on schedule with no delays. I highly recommend Mid South Construction and ask for Cody.

  I posted a request for recommendations for roofers on a community board, and Cody Pennington was highly recommended. I got in touch with Cody, and he came to the house the next day! I thought we would be replacing a few shingles…what do I know? I’ve never been on the roof, and it’s 20 years old. Turned out I needed a whole new roof. Bummer…HOWEVER, Cody walked us step by step with the insurance process as the damage we had was from wind. We received our initial check, but Cody thought they could do better and didn’t fully grasp the extent of the damage. Turns out, he was right, and the insurance company paid us enough to replace the roof without a penny out of our pocket. To say Cody and MidSouth Construction were blessings is putting it mildly. Cody and his crew came at the scheduled time, and worked diligently throughout the day and kept us informed through the whole process of tearing off the old roof and replacing the new one. There are a couple photos attached. Don’t you just love this color!! The crew not only worked their butts off, they were super respectful and had so much fun working together. You could hear laughing and cutting up and carrying on the whole day. It was so refreshing to see a whole crew enjoying themselves while working so hard. It was hard not to join them. I highly recommend Cody Pennington and his crew from MidSouth Construction. You would be wise to choose them as your roofers!
