  Dennis came out for a quote for our house to have the roof replaced. He was on time and very friendly. He really knew his stuff and he was cool with my dog being crazy during our discussion about the roof and the work they would do. Midland also gave us the best price and had excellent reviews so we chose them. I mentioned to Dennis I was gonna be going away on vacation at the end of the month and he even was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule to get our roof done before going away. The morning of the roof repair, the material was dropped off right at 7am. Around 7:45a the Midland crew showed up and got right to work. They were quick and thorough and finished up right around 4:00pm. The roof looks fantastic and gives our house some serious curb appeal. They also cleaned up as if no one had ever been there and I haven’t found a single nail. I am sure we wouldn’t have had a similar experience using any other company and my wife and I are extremely happy and thankful for Midland Roof. Thank you. - Kyle T. (Warwick, RI)

  Working with Midland Roofing was a very positive experience. Dennis Wyatt, the owner, came to see us and spend a long time looking at our roof and discussing options. He gave us a quote while he was here and out of the 3 companies we reached out to, his was the most reasonable. He was able to complete the job within 2 weeks. His crew arrived on time and had our roof completed within 6 hours. They worked quickly and clean up spotlessly! I would highly recommend working with Midland Roofing!

  Dennis and his crew did an amazing job re-shingling our roof. Dennis's estimate was extremely detailed, and it was reasonably priced in comparison to other quotes we received. His crew is a well-oiled machine. They finished our entire roof in one day, yet the quality appears superior. They even improved some of the aesthetics in comparison to the original roof. They also did a great job cleaning up considering the amount of debris created in a job like this. Dennis is very professional, easy to talk with and clearly knows his products. I would not hesitate to recommend him for roofing work.
