  Customer service was excellent from the first call. I was constantly kept in the loop on every detail. Once they started they quickly removed and replaced the old roof making sure we were fully satisfied and that everything was done and left correctly. Excellent company would highly recommend.

  Our customer experience with Middle Georgia Roofing was excellent especially with the help of Lyndsey any question we had she always had an answer & was very nice ☺️.So we called because we saw them working on our next door neighbor roof & was surprised how fast they did it. So we gave them a call & within the next hour they arrived & checked the roof out & took pictures & the next day they gave us an estimate! It’s been a month since they replaced our roof & so far so good we are still impressed & excited that we got our roof did by the great Middle Georgia Roofing staff ! I would most definitely recommend anybody to them ! Thank you guys for your services & have a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year 😃

  I knew it was time for a new roof. I spoke with friends and colleagues about roofers they or their friends and family have used. I got so many different options on roofers. I then did a search for local roofers near me. I read review after review of all the roofing companies near me. Middle GA Roofing had the most stars for reviews. They where professional, friendly, fair priced, responsive to customers with problems and they stand by their work. So I contacted them. Everything was done via text or email. I was in contact with Duane and Matt. I will say there was a little confusion with emails and texts messaging. Duane and Matt got everything straightened out with me. These guys kept me informed when they would show up and what they where doing, what I needed to do for financing the job, when material was being ordered, when material will be delivered and when they where coming to install the roof. When they where done installing the roof, they notified me. By the time I got home from work it was already dark. I had to wait til the next morning to see my new roof. It felt like Christmas I was so excited. The next morning I went out and saw this new metal roof in my home. I was so happy and pleased with how it looked. I will recommend Middle GA Roofing to everyone. Excellent job and top notch customer service. 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you Duane, Matt and all of your crew.
