  We spent a lot of time vetting contractors before ultimately deciding on Michael C Graham and I am positive that we made the right choice. The initial estimate and subsequent negotiations for the contract were transparent and every question or concern was remedied to the fullest extent prior to signing the bid. The quality of materials and workmanship was exceptional by the end. I say, by the end, because as with almost every home improvement there are bumps in the road; bumps that this diligent contractor had sustainable solutions and professional employees to resolve. The craftsmanship and caliber of individuals performing the work was remarkable and worth every penny. My only sticking point was that I wish there was more consistent follow up with the homeowner after the day's work came to a close to ensure there were no surprises for either party. If asked whether I would hire them in the future, the answer is easy; in a heartbeat and is the reason I stand behind my full 5 star review. With this review I hope to make your difficult decision easier and your right choice for your new roof simple; Michael C Graham & Son.

  Michael and all his employees have been amazing and wonderful to deal with. They are very professional and the work they did on replacing our roof was outstanding. They went above and beyond with their workmanship, attention to detail and our roof looks great. We got 5 other quotes and they were not the cheapest but their works speaks for itself.

  At our initial meeting, Michael took the time to answer my numerous questions and addressed my concerns. The materials he gave us for review helped us know exactly what we were getting and how the roof replacement process would work. His crew worked their butts off and did a great clean-up job. And Lauren was very patient and helpful in answering my many emails from her office. Roof looks great, and we're very happy with our experience.
