  MHI Roofing replaced our roof - we had an excellent experience and highly recommend them. Cory provided the initial inspection; he was punctual and took time to walk through the results of the inspection and the quote for the work. Cory was communicative and responsive to our follow up questions after the initial inspection (including those we had after obtaining estimates from other companies). MHI sent two work crews who completed the job in one day - they were punctual, professional, and did an excellent job with the install and on clearing up after. MHI provide an onsite supervisor during the install who kept us updated on progress throughout the day. Cory followed up with us after the install to ensure that everything was to our liking and that we didn't have any questions / issues (which we didn't). Thank you.

  My hope is that no one else has the experience that we had with are roof installation. What was to be a 2 day job turned into a 2 week nightmare. When the installers left on day 2 our roof was a hot mess. Gutters were not installed correctly, there were gaps on the roof and shingles not installed correctly. I don't think that MHI would post this job on their website as a job well done. We had to fight at to get the roof done and it was a shame that our concerns we don't feel were taken seriously. Would I recommend MHI to anyone else, I would not with the experience that we had with the company. We seemed to have to defend ourselves at every corner. Thanks to Ralph who worked diligently to correct so many errors that were made. A roof is a large investment and when we put our faith in a company to do the job and do it right we certainly were not expecting the outcome. We take pride in our home so we may be more particular about how things were done and I believe that is a good thing. This installation caused a lot of sleepless nights and heartache. I do hope this will encourage MHI to better oversee their installers. The roof was completed eventually after much back and forth but we believe if it would have been done right at the beginning this review would be a different story and we would more willing to recommend MHI.

  Cathy, Sorry to her this as your experience. We looked though your account and pictures and you had a challenging project. Slate tear off on a 100+ old home where the foundation had settled and created dips and waves in the roof. Also we had to attach your gutters with T-Bar hangers and install those (properly) under the shingles and IWS. We are proud of the way the project came out and we would be proud to share those pictures. It was ana amazing transformation. Thank you for your business and thank you for your feedback. After service 20,000+ customers we are still proud to say that we are willing to fix any issues and make it right. There are humans involved in every aspect of what we do. So glad you are happy with the end result and that our Team took care of you. Most contractors would never even come back. That is why most guys are out of business in 3 years or less. We have been protecting what matters most, your home - Since 1979.

  MHI was awesome to work with with very professional employees. i had the pleasure to work with Rob. He was super nice and very professional as well as available and patient. I ended up going with a familiar company that has done work for me before. If this company was unable to take the job...I would have definitely given the job to MHI.
