  Extremely satisfied with my experience with Metropolitan Builders getting my roof replaced from wind damage. They took care of calling and filing a claim with my insurance company. Since I had no experience in roof replacement, Beagan explained the process thoroughly. It took several weeks before my roof got replaced because of the weather but they kept me informed that I am on their calendar. When it was time to get the roof replaced, we were away on vacation but Beagan kept me in the loop by sending me text updates and even sent photos of the progress of the work being done. He also sent me photos of some wear and tear on the decking which allowed me to make decisions on the spot without having to be right at home. Beagan is highly professional and very responsive. He addresses issues immediately.
