  I highly recommend Metro Renovator to anyone who is planning on roofing and gutter system replacement projects. Our roof and gutters were 25+ year-old, and it was time for replacement. We requested quotes from four different contractors. Not only was Metro Renovator's quote most favorable, but they were also the only contractor who actually went up to our roof and physically surveyed the work area. It was only natural for us to select the contractor who accurately captured the scope of work upfront. Once the work started, the crew showed up on time and the supervisor provided frequent updates. They cleaned up the work area nicely before they left. Everything went so quickly and smoothly. We are very happy that Metro Renovator replaced our new roof and gutter systems!

  Metro Renovator Group and their representative, Raymond Lee, replaced my entire roof, to include new plywood sheathing and architectural shingles. His quote process was simple and straightforward. No payment was required until project was completed to our satisfaction. All the new roofing materials were delivered and were placed on the roof in less than 40 minutes. The next day, their 12-man crew arrived at 0700 and started promptly at 0730. Raymond was on site throughout the day. Their crew members worked efficiently and safely. Cleanup was continuous. I only provided one electrical outlet for them to use to recharge their power tool battery packs. Work was completed shortly after 1400, and after a final magnetic sweep of the driveway and perimeter of the home, the roofing crew departed by 1545. I was impressed by the whole process from start to finish; extremely satisfied with how the work was executed, and totally delighted at the final results. I whole heartedly recommend Metro Renovator Group for your home renovation needs.

  Metro Renovator performed a roof repair at my family's new home and Raymond could not have been nicer. Communication and updates during the process were terrific and demonstrated how Metro Renovator valued us as customers. Additionally, their quality of work and customer service were terrific! We look forward to using using Metro Renovator for future projects and highly recommend based on our experience!
