  My experience, which spans 3 decades and involved many projects, a few very difficult to build, has been, was, still is the best one could have. Real people, each with a deep well of knowledge, their suggestions always rooted in experience, as craftsmen they are 5 star, trustworthy guys all.

  Called for a quote on a stainless steel stove hood and got Jerry...who i apparently bothered by even calling him, he was so rude in the 1st 30 seconds of the phone call I just said thanks for your time and hung up. its crazy you cant even interest a company in making a $7,000 dollar stove hood.

  I am sorry that you felt that we were unable to help you and would like to find out what we can do in the future so this does not occur again. If you could reach out to Aiden, our VP, we would like to know how we can improve. We have built and installed many custom hoods throughout Western Montana and never had this feedback before and hope that this was just a misunderstanding, since hood projects can be very complicated with code and sizing requirements.
