  I live over 100 miles from Metals Direct, due to unforeseen traffic issues I was late for my pick up time. The yard was closed, however the office was open. I spoke with Steve and Shane and may or may not have had a small tantrum/meltdown when they said I couldn't pick up my order. Instead of telling me too bad, don't be late! (Which they had every right to do) They spoke with their supervisor and were able to get the yard open and load the metal themselves. They were both extremely professional and helpful. Shane even took the time to answer some questions about roll up doors. Both men were extremely polite and personable. Office staff was friendly too. The best customer service I've had in a long time. Highly recommend this establishment.

  Most knowledgeable people I have ever worked with. As a novice I did not know what to expect while planning my building Erik and Shane took the time to walk me thru all of my options and show me how best they could fit my needs. Would HIGHLEY RECCOMMEND

  Very happy with my 30 by 30 metal workshop it has 12 foot wall I did all the work myself except the cement work Olsen did that and I use 12 foot scaffoldling with wheels
