  LOVED using metal roof pros for my home. The customer service was outstanding. I spoke to a respectful sales representative who made me feel comfortable. The install crew was fast, detailed, and professional. Great work!!

  When I met with the salesman he kept talking about how professional their crews are and how impeccable the clean up of the property would be. Then went over how when the roof is complete someone would come out and walk the property with me to inspect the roof and make sure we are satisfied with the roof and the work done. Not only did I get 2 nails in my shoe after the crew left on 2 different days, I found multiple nails and other materials, like shingles and metal, in the yard. After the work was done I did not hear from anyone until I sent them pictures of unfinished work and areas we were not happy with. NO ONE ever came and walked the property with us. I ended up picking up debris in the yard for several days after they finished. They did fix a couple of the areas I had pointed out but no one ever came to inspect to make sure the work was done correctly and aesthetically pleasing. Then pieces of metal have fallen off the roof after storms a couple of times. I don’t know if they are just pieces left behind or if they were supposed to be attached. One piece was rather large (6” x 4”). Paying over $30,000 for a roof we expected much better follow through and clean up.

  This business was extremely professional and hospitable. Not only respectful, but friendly and welcoming. They worked very quickly to repair a section of my roofing which was leaking. I will absolutely contact them again if needed.
