Well after calling everyone I could find on the local web I was directed to call "The Metal Roof Factory" I spoke to Bob and was taken care of the way I would want to be taken care of. First they were the only place that would deal with me in a small quantity but was treated like it was a thousand dollar order. I was told I could pick up the same day. WOW! I'm getting my order tomorrow.

This is a great place very reasonable rates on metal roofing supplies and all for the DIY all you have to do is get your measurements even call them up on the phone they will tell you how to do the proper measurement come down speak to them and they cut your metal roofing and everything that you need for putting it on the roof great company great employees load up everything for you when you get there and give you advice great place to do business with here in Rockledge.

So my company decide to use this Metal roof company for some parts we needed. We paid up front to make sure we got the parts in time for our job. The Metal company never informed us that they were busy or that our parts would take longer than expected. We never received a call stating are parts would be later than the date we had discussed. Then they also charged us an extra $21 dollars and 2.5 %processing fee to run my credit card again, they also never discussed a price difference when I paid the first time. Its even in an email I have stating the cost and when we would get the parts. By not keeping my company informed our job was delayed even further, do to their lack in communication. Considering my company called every day to check on are parts, as they BS us around. We are a loyal customer with this Metal company. When my guy went to pick up the parts they refused to release the parts till we paid the extra $21 and credit card processing fee. The woman (Sydnee) on the phone acted like she could careless when I required to why the price changed, and why it took longer than I was told to get my parts made. As i told her i would not use this company any more she still did not try to make an effort to correct any of my complaints. Instead continued to not care. I am extremely DISAPPOINTED in this Company for the amount of DISRESPECT I have received after being a loyal costumer for so long. I WARN ALL OTHER TO USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!

Steve, you changed a measurement on a wire chase from 24" to 32" after putting in and paying for your original order, resulting in the use of a full sheet of metal. We charge by the inch, so thats why the price was higher. This was discussed with your office person, I believe her name was Stephanie. The quote was sent to your email and clearly states that a 2.5% convenience fee will be added to all card purchases, and your company has paid this fee on multiple invoices in the past with no problems- it has always been our policy to charge a fee for card payment. You have been here a total of 7 times in the past 3 years, so I'm not really sure how you consider yourself a loyal customer, or how accommodating you think I should have been when you changed your measurements. My guys worked dilligently all day yesterday to get the order out as soon as possible, and quite honestly those wire chases should have been priced 2x what you were charged. We have been working at 150-200% capacity since the hurricane hit, as has everyone else in the construction industry, and we do our very best to estimate times of completion for orders. This is a metal shop, not a magic shop. I'm sorry you had a bad experiece, but if you had provided your measurements accurately when you asked for a quote, your price would have been accurately reflected. We are only as good as the information that you provide us.
