  If you HAVE to do business with this place, be prepared for you to have missing items, incorrect measurements, not be told when your order is ready and a whole slew of other issues. Yvette has got to be one of the most rude people working in any kind of industry that deals with customers. She interrupts, doesn't listen to a word you're saying, and LIES like you wouldn't believe in order to make out like she wasn't in the wrong. After MULTIPLE trips there because of issues, I got ONE apology and this was from the guy that bends the metal...wasn't really his job to apologize for their mistakes, yet he was the only one that did. This place is AMAZINGLY horrible. Stay away at all costs.

  Ms. Parks, This is Barry. Manager of Jonesboro Metal Mart. While we understand your post and rating on our google website, I need to apologize for any problems you had trying to get the one gutter you wanted. Please allow me to explain what happened on our end. Approximately a week ago, Yvette asked for your damaged sample so we could re- create and no one ever brought us the sample so we made what we had in your drawings and it apparently was not correct. So then someone of three people on your end sent in specifications on the gutter and we made it only to find out it was incorrect. Apparently 'Doug' or 'Tye' called and spoke with me about downspouts to which i told them we only make in 10' 2" sections but if we found time we could cut down to his length which he was unsure of.... either( 5'8" or 6' was specified). Also, Michael came up here to pick up some of the order and did not know what name it was under so we invoiced to him. We had your downspouts made at full length when you came in but they could not find the paperwork order on it. We went ahead and cut the existing downspouts to 6' like you requested because we knew you were frustrated as we were also because we did not know which one you needed on gutter. Your phone call to Yvette who by the way is in no way a liar or rude usually went bad unfortunately. We apologize for all the trouble on your order but if we dont know what you need we cant make it correctly. As far as us not staying over past work when you called, you had that day plus a week to get it to us to make but that did not happen. We answered over 200 calls that day and dealt with up to over 50 walk in customers and were ready to go home.... if you havnt noticed yet, when we got to work and saw your bent gutter and had accurate measurements on it, we had it made and waiting in ten minutes. I apologize for the trouble you had on your order once again, but the fault was not all on our side. Thank you.
