  Danny and Steve recently completed a hail project for us through Liberty Mutual and MadSky as their preferred contractor for insurance. We were a little nervous about going this route, but these guys truly work hard for the homeowner to ensure you get the coverage you need. The project included new roof, siding on two sides of the home (Steve went out of his way to find a color match in MI for us after full replacement had been approved - we preferred a match), 12 window openings, 2 sliding doors, 1 swinging door, some gutter replacements, and deck staining. Windows and doors were done by Pella and through Merritt. Steve and Danny fought hard for us on the windows! The project went longer than any of us would have liked for various reasons (mostly window related), but Danny was always quick to respond to my calls and texts. These guys really, really care about the quality of their work and making sure they're meeting expectations for the homeowner, which is not always the case in this industry. Any issues were quickly worked out along the way. My only complaint is the subcontractor they used for deck. There were too many things I needed to point out to have them fix/complete and the quality should have been better. Their first color match was NOT a match (how??). I talked to Danny about the deck work and I don't think they had used this crew much previously.

  Share review Embed review Write an update This company was sent to me by my insurance company last (first of)June after I sustained damage to my home and outbuildings by hail. Randy Merritt made a ton of assurances and then went reportedly to deal with the insurance companies. He had predicted they would start the next week to week and a half. I never heard from him again. I emailed, called etc. Apparently he did submit an estimate to the insurance company but after several weeks they admitted they also could not get him to respond. Because the insurance company was suppose to get the contractor I could not go out and get my own. So for most of the summer this situation stalled. For this and other reasons with the insurance company I am now going into winter with my buildings still damaged. A two minute email or return phone call that he didnt want to work would have made all the difference. Now today, middle of November the insurance company called and indicated that he was willing to do the repairs. My guess is that his work is as low quality as his customer service and no way will he get close to my property again.

  They hired my company to repair damage they caused to a home when roofing it and haven't paid us for the repairs we did. Won't return calls or texts. Update: They did finally pay for the work we did, but didn't pay the late fees.
