  Merlino did all I asked and they did it on budget and on time. They even redid a piece of work (the vinyl baseboard) that the project mgr thought wasn't done well enough, without my saying anything. Brad was great at confirming details - and providing helpful input when I needed to make decisions. That included suggesting things that resulted in reduced cost for me. He was really easy to work with and his crew very nice. I would most definitely go back to them for more work. Thank you!

  I've used Merlino twice now. Once for some roof work, and once to replace a window. Both times they did an exceptional job, and cleaned up really nicely afterwards. They are really professional, polite, and responsive. I'd highly recommend anyone!
