  They just installed our concrete flat tile roof and it looks great. They did excellent work and we are happy with the results. They were really good about returning calls or messages if I had an issue. Their price is very competitive. I had no issues with debris on the job site. They cleaned the yard everyday and actually did a better job blowing off the sidewalks and driveway than the lawn service. The city of Wellington isn’t know for having the brightest inspectors. The city previously allowed the neighbors roofer to destroy our roof where the roofs meet on our duplex. This was all fixed when we got our new roof and they installed the seem perfectly. That was a big issue I’m glad they did correctly. The city was also questioning the way they were installing the title. Rather than arguing with the city, Mr. Joe paid for a engineering report to prove to the city the tile was bonded properly and exceeded code. It didn’t cost me anymore money for him to get the inspectors inline. That was above and beyond what was required. That one thing kept from any more delays and got the roof installed faster. I would highly recommend this company.

  Mendieta replaced my roof with peel and stick with shingles. They also did my business office. Both places they did a great job. They are reasonable with pricing compared to 3 other companies quotes. Done in a timely manner, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for your residence or business roofing needs.
