Bob was honest and saved us over 10000! we had been told we needed an entire new roof by others in the area which we thought odd since the attic was dry and he saw right away it was just the chimney seal and another part that needed a seal. A year later no more leaks and he repaired it for a reasonable price that saved us tons of money. Honest people do exist!
