The least professional. You can email these idiots about trying to pay them for months, MONTHS. You call, leave voicemails. They finally pick up and they become wild and angry because "[they are] too busy to check their email". Could you imagine being angry that someone is trying to pay you? Never have I ever... This is the idiocy -- and most importantly, the arrogance -- you will have to deal with. Go elsewhere, trust me.

Also, notice all the fake reviews from a year ago. A shame.

Medranos roofing is a very professional group of guys who does and excellent job in a time and manner. They do my roofing look awesome and quality roofing at a fair price. I definitely recommend this company to everyone who need to do roofing.

Medrano's Roofing is a great family owned business.  When I needed my roof replaced, they came by the same day to give me a very reasonable estimate.  The work was completed the following week, on schedule and on budget.  I cannot recommend this company enough.  Thanks for your work.

After being in my house 15 + years and the numerous storms, wind and hail, it was determined I needed a new roof. I called several roofers for estimates and Medrano Roofing come out the same day, gave me a very reasonable quote, and one that I ultimately chose to do the work. Marlon and his crew were here  bright and early on one of the hottest days of the year so far, began work exactly as he'd explained, completed the new roof, vents, fence and fireplace cover repairs, cleaned up every trace of debris,  and other than the new roof, you'd never know they'd been here. Working with Medrano Roofing has been such a pleasure and definitely made this experience so much easier than it could well have been.
If you're reading reviews, please take mine to heart and at least call them for an estimate, its free and nicer and more professional people you'll never meet.

An overall great experience with Medrano roofing. The workers were professional, organized, on time and great customer service experience. I definitely recommend this company for the quality of work they provided. They lived up to every expectation that I had for them.

Mr. Medrano was very professional. He and his family did an awesome job on my roof. Gave me a very great price. He found out the company where he gets his supplies was having a sale and he passed the savings to me by lowering the estimate by $300. He explained to me the product of shingles I was purchasing. His crew did a fantastic clean-up afterwards.....looks like they were never there. He speaks pretty good English and his son was there to help in case I didn't quite understand. He gave me advice on my ceiling which was also damaged from the weather. I did the repair for my ceiling and with his advice it looks great. I admire his work so much I asked for some of his business cards to  hand out. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Mr. Medrano and your crew for an outstanding job.

I contacted Medrano about my mothers roof having a leak and the insurance company saying she didn't need a new roof. Medrano stated that he would try and come to my moms house the next day. He called me early that morning and came when he said. After looking at the roof he gave my mother a quote and got right to work. He was reasonably priced, nice and friendly. I would recommend Medrano to anyone needing work done.

Whether a roof is 5 or 7 years old,  it shouldn't leak in 6 places.
They never offered me a free repair. That's a complete and total lie. They offered me excuses as to why it wasnt their fault,  including that the frieze boards were too high (they installed the frieze boards according to the invoice)
And again,  why would I need half the sheathing replaced if they did their job right? Shiplap doesn't rot for no reason.

And there ARE different levels of quality when installing a water barrier.  They used a cheap one.

My roof is 5 years old(correction,  seven years old) , and was installed by Medrano Roofing.  Im currently having half of it replaced as it has developed a tendency to leak.  Ive heard from my insurance company and two other roofers that this is due to improper installation.  When Mr Medrano came over to look at the roof, before he was even on it,  he had 6 reasons why none of the leaking was his fault.  When he made it on the roof, he had even more reasons.  He never once said anything to the effect of "let's figure out what the problem is and see how we can fix it." Instead,  it was the siding guys fault,  and the inspector was wrong,  and the engineer didn't know what he was talking about.

I have an insurance report,  and photographs to show the installation was not done to standard.  And now it's costing me $3000.

*Update

So this is about an hour after I wrote the above. When medrano installed the roofing on my house,  they screwed up good.

The roofer just showed me the cobbled together pieces and chunks of wood used,  the tissue thin water barrier,  the lack of trim, etc. It's going to cost $4500, not $3000.

I'd like to point out a few facts here.

1. You never contracted us to replace a roof, therefore, we have never done business with you directly.
2. We did indeed replace a roof in 2012 on a home that you recently bought, and we provided a quality roof for our customer that fit their needs, specifications, and budget.
3. When the previous homeowner shared our contact information with you, and you contacted us, we immediately came out the same day to take a look at your issue.
4. The roof on that home is 7 years old, not 5. Roofs are exposed to the harshest elements year round. There are times when roofs might need a repair or two. This was the case with your roof. It was indeed leaking, however, it was not due to improper installation, nor was it due to a lack of quality material. We did have a recommendation to make the repairs free of charge, but you simply did not allow us the opportunity.
5. There is no such thing as "tissue thin" water barrier. The water barrier used met international residential code compliance requirements. It is true that in today's day in age, there are better water barriers, such as synthetic felt paper, which we actually use in all of our installations these days. But 15# tar paper is still available in the market, meets code requirements, and is what was used on that home's roofing system in 2012. Additionally, the trim is not part of a roofing system, and we imagine the home still had the original trim pieces, which would be normal. I'm not sure why you think we had something to do with your home's trim. Lastly, shingles nailed onto cobbled together chunks of wood would never grasp a firm surface, and would simply fly away if it were true. I'm not sure why your roofer would say that.
6. Again, we did have a recommendation to make the repairs free of charge, but you simply did not allow us the opportunity because when we were on the property, you told us you were having a bad day and started yelling at the top of your lungs asking us to leave. You later apologized for your behavior, explained your situation, and asked if we could come back. We asked if you would share the home inspector's report, but you never did. We agreed to come back out to resolve the matter, but by then this review came out, and you asked us not to speak to you anymore. This is all documented.

We are sorry that you had to go through this experience. We do believe there was a simpler solution, however, a different company was able to sell you their solution before you heard ours, which we feel is unfortunate. At the end of the day, you did get your roof repaired, which is great, but we wish you would have allowed us the opportunity to resolve this matter.

They are true professionals. They did a awesome job. Obeyed all HOA rules, very friendly and courteous.  They give you good advice about material. Can get you all types of shingles. There workers are miraculous.  Highly highly recommend.
