  I had previously used MDH for some MassSave attic and home sealing services. Many years later, this winter, I called them again when I found condensation in my attic. Michael M from MDH came out promptly to my home, spent a good amount of time with me, and suggested some attic ventilation improvements to resolve the issue. After getting a few other quotes, I called to discuss some of my options with Michael, and he gave me more than an hour of his time, helping me understand the choices I was making. No other contractor I called was willing to work with me and help me choose the best solutions for my problem, but MDH really came through. They even agreed to research and ultimately agreed to install a variation of roof ventilation I was interested in. Their price was very reasonable. A different Michael arrived on time on the scheduled day, and did a fantastic job neatly and cleanly installing the ventilation our home needed. He took the time to explain what he was doing, show me some of the material he removed, and demonstrate why my attic truly needed ventilation improvements. When I climbed into my attic after the install I couldn’t find dirt or sawdust from his work. It’s been a long time since a contractor treated me with respect, offered their time so willingly, and did such a phenomenal job for a fair price. I would recommend MDH to anyone.

  The MDH team did a great job improving the insulation of our home. They had a crew of 5 people out today and did a quality and efficient job. I highly recommend this company and the Mass save program to improve the insulation of your home. The house already feels warmer with almost no air drafts. I am confident we will be saving a substantial amount on our energy bills.

  I was very pleased with Matt and his team. Matt was always very responsive and reasonable. He did a full renovation of my house and came out on budget. There weren't any of the horror stories you hear about going into such a project. Everything came out great, and Matt always picked up the phone throughout the project whenever I had questions. Outstanding job!
