  Jeremy is a godsend. Without his thorough review of a potential home for me I would have most certainly walked into a money pit. Home inspections are definitely needed. I would not have known most of the issues that arose simply because I didn't know what to look for. Jeremy took his time to answer my questions and point out all the things I would need to consider as far as potential items to address. Jeremy is very friendly and helpful and he will be doing all of my future inspections. I will also be recommending him to anyone looking for a trusted source. Thank you Jeremy!

  As a first-time home buyer, it was stressful and difficult navigating the long road to closing. But McKinney Inspection Company made it easier, no question. My experience with Jeremy, who performed the property inspection, was a breath of fresh air and exceeded all expectations I had for that step in the home-buying process. He invited my wife and I to be present while he completed the inspection, and stayed afterwards to explain everything in detail and answer all questions we had. I was able to proceed with confidence, equipped with the knowledge that Jeremy gave me, complete with clear pictures and descriptions. Professional, friendly, genuinely empowering for the buyer.   Wow, best home inspection we have ever had. Jeremy arrived early for the appointment and inspected the property with a fine tooth comb! He welcomed our endless questions rather than be annoyed with them. He is a very personable guy and was quite happy to share his vast knowledge with us. His website promised a written report to us in 24 hours and he delivered exactly that. The report was extremely detailed and thorough with numerous pictures. Everyone who has seen his report has been very complimentary on it. We highly recommend McKinney Inspection Company!!!!
