  Wow! My wife and I had a major remodel done to our home by Mike and his crew. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Sure there was some minor issues that came up but Mikes crew was fast and efficient on making it right. If I was to do another remodel he would be at the top of my list. Everyday I saw progress and Mike and his crew showed great craftsmanship and professionalism.

  Ask for appt to get a bid for a kitchen remodel. I was told by email they dont have any appointments free and to wait for 2 weeks. I set appt up for 10am on a Monday. Nobody showed up at 10am. I continue to wait and called at 10:20am to see if something happened. The front desk had no clue about this appointment and placed me on a long hold. She asked if she could call me back. I said ok to her request. The lady calls me back and says they double booked the appointment. They wanted me to wait for another 3hrs to get a bid. The showed no empathy to the situation and just said sorry. If you cant get an appointment right. Why would I give my money to this company. Also ahowed no urgency or empathy. When ending the call, I had to say "Im truely sorry this happened." Updated: I got a call back from owner and addressed it. Thank you for taking the time and willing to resolve make it right. I changed my rating.
