  I had a new bank of windows installed. The crew was very timely and professional. When they were completed you could hardly tell the difference between the new one and the 20 year old ones.

  The salesman, Marvin was very professional and courteous when he came over this summer, during Covid precautions. He wore his mask, even though we were outside. He didn't need to do that but he did anyway. The patio door we purchased wasn't supposed to be delivered and installed until November. However, Pella did a great job of building our door and shipping it out, way before we expected. Our door was installed on October 16th, 2020. The installers were very courteous and efficient with their work. The old door was removed and the new door was installed in less that 3 hours. The new Pella door look's great as does the surrounding trim and workmanship. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend this company to anyone that asks.
