  A initial free estimate roof inspection was scheduled for 11/12/2020 between 8AM - 12PM, no specific time was given and I was only told that they will show up between those hours and that I will received a call once they're close. 12:30PM comes and no one has arrive for the inspection nor have I received a call. I reached out to check the status of my appointment, the representative I spoke with said that they're running behind before getting my name and time of appointment. I ask why did I not received a call to inform me of this and of course she didn't have an answer. Then I ask how behind are they running because I have already waited 4 hours and I did not plan to wait any longer since I had plans that afternoon. She asked for my name and checked the schedule, then informed me that I was actually scheduled between 12PM - 2PM. Obviously that was a lie. I have made arrangements that afternoon prior to ever scheduling my free estimate and when I originally called to schedule I specify that I needed a morning appointment. I inform her that was incorrect and I needed a specific time of when they're expected to arrive. She once again didn't have an answer, shocking! The representative then said that they can leave the estimate in my mailbox if I wasn't going to be home. Are you serious?! Why would I let anyone on my property and to inspect my roof when I am not there to oversee what is happening?! At this point, this wasn't going anywhere. I kindly told her that she can cancel my appointment and that I will go elsewhere for an estimate as I don't have all day to await their arrival. This company clearly lacks professionalism and time management.

  They do wonderful work. They are fast and honest. They did my roof some years ago, and, I had plan on getting it touched up, but, of course other things came up as far as home repairs and I had to put getting my roof done on the back burner. As soon as I get everything straightened out, I will be calling them to do my roof again.

  Had roof installed 6/12/2018 roof is still leaking. Called Steve several time to fix problem, he came out but problem still exist. This roofer goes buy the name of Mcginnis roofing also and they are ripping people off they post that they are apart of the BBB but aren’t beware!!!!
