  MCCrory Contracting was great to work with when they installed our roof. The crew was professional and did a great job. At the time they were very responsive to phone calls. This was September 2020. However, our roof was suppose to be certified. This would give me a discount on home insurance and would actually be a better roof in the case of another storm. Now 1.5 Years later, I still do not have my certification for my roof. I paid for a higher quality roof and have no idea if I actually got it but I have no documents for the insurance. I have called, Emailed, texted….. McCrory Contracting will not return my calls or respond to me in any way. I have no idea what is going on. I left this same review on the company page but it got deleted. I guess I am going to hire an attorney just to get him to communicate. I don’t want to do this but I need to know I got what I hired him to do and I need my certification. His actions are really immature.

  After contacting several roofing companies we met with Zach McCrory and after getting his estimate and seeing and hearing his knowledge and the professional manner in which he conducted himself firsthand we decided to hire him to replace our 23 year old roof. He was very helpful throughout the entire process of choosing the correct shingle and color and once we gave him the go ahead he did the install and cleanup quickly. We could not be happier with the results! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a new roof.

  We loved our experience with McCrory Contracting! The customer service was great, selection of roofing shingles (brand and color) was super, the final product turned out wonderful. We love our new roof. Great workmanship from an honest and hardworking company.
