I went to 2 other places and they didnt have what i needed and i couldnt find anyone to help me. When i came to McCoys, the guy came to me and knew what i needed, showed me where to find it and how to fix my issue. I paid more $ for the parts but the customer service was worth it!

Grew up with this hardware store when I built my home of all hardware stores I was given the best price on bundle priceing thank you.

I like McCoys. They usually have what I'm looking for and at the best price around. Last month when most of Texas was still experiencing a hard freeze, I  had a pipe break at the well while my power was off. I quickly ran to town to see if I could find a part. I arrived in town to find almost all of the businesses shut down do to the weather. Mccoys however was open for business and had the parts I needed to make my repairs. I noticed that there were other folks in there as well, all looking for plumbing fittings. While the other places were closed, Mccoys was open and serving the community during a time of crisis. They've earned my business for life.

No major problems or issues when I go there.

I have had a Stihl leaf blower at this location for warranty work for two months now.  I am getting ZERO  star service despite being patient and making several calls.  This place can not even give me a call from time to time even to give me a update on why they can't get this resolved.  If I was running a business in which I would need to rely on quick service...I would not recommend taking my equipment here.  I am really disappointed in this Dealer!  One Star equals zero star since you can not post without selecting at least one.

A great hardware store and Everytime I go in they greet me and ask if I need any help . I can always find what I need at a great price and love the variety of products. The longest I waited is 2 mins but was worth it . The cashier's always ask if I found everything and ask if how my day was . I would recommend them to anyone who wants the more bang for there buck and great customer service .

Our favorite place to get supplies. Be it plumbing, building, fencing, or farming, we always go to McCoys first for our projects. The only time we go anywhere else is when there is a big price difference and another place has high quality for a better price. We go elsewhere as an absolute last resort.
