  Cannot say enough good things about Bobby, Debbie, and their crews. After sustaining some damage to our roof and eventually needing a full replacement, they took the headache out of what was starting to feel like a nightmare situation. The whole team is helpful, reliable, communicative, and fair every step of the way - even coming back promptly to fix a small issue after installation and make things right. From estimate to installation, the process was super smooth. And the roof looks great ;)

  First let me note: I am a new first time homeowner. We knew the roof would need to be replaced eventually and after a year of living here with a few leaks (Covid put a stop to us calling earlier) - we started calling around to get quotes. I had 5 different contractors/companies come out to quote us. 2 fell into the $$$$$ range 1 fell into the $$ range and 2 fell into the $$$ range. Even thought we could've gotten it done by 2 different companies for cheaper - we chose Bobby's team at McCollum. There are two reasons for this. 1. Look at the materials used. We did a thorough analysis and researching each line item (I LOVE that he breaks it down line by line) and Bobby's was by far superior and more involved. Not only that but we get a 50 year warranty on the shingles. Mccollum has been around a long while and we know we can call him up years down the line and get something scheduled - their office manager Debbie is ON IT and always attentive. In addition some of the $$$$$ ones wanted to put the new shingles on top of the old shingles! Who does that? Not good. That meant they wouldn't even do new flashing or water-guards. Insanity. 2. When Bobby came to give the free estimate - he got up on the roof but more than that - he was warm and genuine and totally explained things in a way I could understand. I just FELT good about him if that makes sense. I could not be more pleased that we chose Bobby and his team. They did everything they said they would do and IN THE TIME they said they would do it. They didn't intrude on my neighbors property and the roof looks BEAUTIFUL. They also had to put additional wood in as the roof was over 20 years old and some of the wood was ROTTED through and through. And they STILL finished on time and even took down the old Dish Networks TV Dish on top of our roof from prior owners and disposed of without any additional charges. Note to people getting their roofs done: It goes a long way to put out a few waters, teas and snacks for the crew. They are out there in the sun and yes they bring their own supplies but I can promise you it goes a long way. With that said - I loved everyone on the crew and they cleaned up after themselves. We had an issue a couple of days later and Bobby personally came out to take care of it himself. The response from them is just amazing. They aren't a finish the job and take your money type of team. They are a finish the job and check in and COME BACK if anything isn't to your liking or if you have questions. I honestly couldn't love them more! I wish I could rate 10 stars. Thorough. Professional. Quality. AND on time. A+! I should also add the dumpster was added fine without me ever having to leave the couch - it was also picked up the same way! Minimal interruption to our day!

  I can’t say enough about Bobby and his team. I unfortunately came to the realization that I needed a new roof 2 weeks ago. I’m a realtor and had been referring any roofing business to one particular roofer over the past few years so clearly he was ny first call. After not feeling as though he was doing me any favors, I got several other bids. I can tell you that many of the roofers played games starting high and then coming down, others were insanely priced and then there is this crew! The owner came out as scheduled, for me a bid within hours and by far the most competitive. There was no need for negotiations because his price was very fair! They got me on the calendar within days. Said they would be at the house 8am Tuesday and were. Said the roof would take 2 days and it did. They went above and beyond in every way. I did all the due diligence for you, look no further but McCollum Roofing… best price, service and my roof looks like a piece of art as a few of my neighbors have said! I love the color and again the owner helped me decide and pushed me darker which was excellent advice!! Highly recommend and will always refer them in the future.
