  I had a roof leak, which also involved the chimney. This company was a breath of fresh air in that they were reliable, efficient, and did a great job without overcharging me. The owner is very knowledgeable and experienced.

  I had a few repairs done on my roof by another roofing company who took months past their quoted time to complete the job, arrived unreliably, and who I had to reach out to every time I needed to find out an update. Not with McClain's. My call to them was answered by the owner who works on the job himself. He was extremely professional about reaching back out and was completely honest and friendly. They were able to repair a section that the previous contractors had installed incorrectly and even go beyond that to fix the leak I was having. All for an extremely affordable price. This company has great integrity and has earned my trust. If you need someone who is going to give you honest advice, return your calls, be courteous, and not try to sell you something you don't need all while providing you with exceeding service and work, they have my recommendation.
