Matt responded to our request for a quote after a storm left damage to our roof and a leak in our home. He showed up the next day despite the job being a small repair. His quote was extremely competitive among the others we had received, but it was truly his responsiveness that made us go with MB Roofing. He showed up when he said he would, got the job done, shared photos with us and called it a day. Working with Matt for a roof repair was great! After lots of heavy wet snow sat on our roof above a screened in porch for a few weeks, water eventually found its way in and caused part of the ceiling to collapse.  Matt was responsive and got our repair done quickly and for a very reasonable price as well.  We are looking forward to doing business with him again for our next job.  Highly recommended.

At the end of the day, Matt’s team did a great job. They were all professional and cleaned up throughly after. Matt seemed very knowledgeable and walked me through the process during the quote. The prices were very reasonable compared to some other quotes as well.

However, the communication was on and off. 8 weeks after I signed the contract I reached out for an estimated starting time and was told the following week. However it wasn’t until about 7 or 8 weeks after that initial ask that it actually got done (though a rainy spell pushed it one week of that). The start date was pushed out multiple times.   I was actively texting (at times sternly) to receive updates on a start date until it finally got done. A dumpster arrived when he said it would but he couldn’t get workers to complete the job. After a holiday weekend and then some rain, Matt came himself to start the job and sent two more people to finish it the next day, all while the dumpster was in our driveway (about a week)

Uncontrollable weather and some worker shortages aside, Matt did take care of us and offered us an upgrade on material for the trouble. His employees were great, the work seems like it’s good, and the prices were reasonable. But the snafus in communication left me frustrated often.

Matt Bryan did an excellent job of repairing a section of my roof 20 x 8 which was leaking.  He replaced both sheathing and shingles.  His work was careful and meticulous.  His fee, which included both labor and materials, was very reasonable.  I highly recommend him.

Matt was very prompt and was able to complete my work on a very short timeline! His price point was competitive and I would use his company again!
