He was extremely professional, answering all of my questions and offering solutions to my damaged roof. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. I have had the team fix issues that other roofers have created and they continue to go above and beyond in terms of service and excellence.   Do not use this company its a SCAM!!!!! Last spring I was very upfront about a small leak in my roof, Maxx Roofing came out assessed it , said they know what the issue was, one guy spent 1 hr and said he repaired the small area on the roof , I paid them 700$!!! but the work was guaranteed because we didn't know if it would leak until it rained again. they said if this occurred they would come back out no problem. I had them write the warrantee on the receipt. the roof did leak again with the next big rainfall. I have now contacted them 6 times over the last few months. apparently the guy who did the original work is not working there. they will not return my calls and I have not spoken to the owner or manager of the company. only the dispatch team. I have nobody to contact with this issue and no place to go. I WASTED 700$ ON A SCAM. EVEN WITH A RECEIPT AND GUARANTEE. I live and Lisle and its sad to have this kind of company in our small community.
