These guys are great!  Prompt Customer Service and High Quality Work at a very fair price.  I manage several rental properties and Max Pro will be my new Go-To roofing contractors moving forward after the great work they did last week.

David came out and by far went above and beyond to show us not only the pictures of damages on our roof but thoroughly our different options. He answered all of the many questions we had. I called Max Pro Roofing after an ice storm to review my roof for any damage and within 3 hours, David showed up.  This type of responsiveness and timeliness is so hard to find now a days and I was really appreciative.

David was professional and very well spoken.  He was very clear in relaying what he would be doing and then educating me on how the process would look going forward.  If I end up needing any kind of work done, will 100% try to work with David and Max Pro.

UPDATE:

I reached out to David to get a quote on a full roof replacement after the inspection and he provided a very fair estimate.  Again, he maintained a high standard of communicating effectively and also stopped by same day to review the roof for final details and provide samples for shingles.

After a conversation about our options, we opted to do the replacement since the cost was so reasonable.  On top of the timeliness of inspections, he booked us only 2 days after his visit.  It is truly fantastic to think that I was able to get a great quote for such a big job and have the work completed two days later.

Prior to the job, David was very clear in his communication of timelines with the dumpster, materials, and crew and they all happened according to schedule.  He and the crew arrived promptly at the start time and got to work.

The work has been done and the peace of mind it has brought is wonderful.  His crew was thorough and quick.  One wouldn't be able to tell a roofing crew was here with how well the outside was cleaned after the work.

I plan on working with David in the future as he clearly values a strong work ethic, effective communication, and punctuality.  Would recommend.

We’ve had a persistent leak in our roof and had to have it fixed . We called and spoke to David and he was out within a few hours to try and diagnose the leak. Very shortly after taking a look at our roof he was able to locate the leak. He was able to show us pictures of where the problem was also. We hired him to fix the leak. He was a pleasure to deal with and will definitely use him in the future if we have any roofing needs.

We had a small roof repair and could not find a reasonable price roofer, or someone willing to even come out and take a look at our roof. You can be confident that your in good hands with this company. They get the job done!

I recently had a terrible experience with the roofing company who put a roof on my home just a little over a year ago. I am in the process of selling and settling on my home when an inspection revealed the roofing company did not complete the job. Called, left a message and my call was promptly returned by David.  Super professional and courteous. He set a time to drive by and look at the job and called me as soon as he did.  I live in a different state from my property so his responsiveness was reassuring. We scheduled a day to meet, look at the work and agreed. David kept every promise he made to me.  Also, the new owners of the house hired him to do some additional work for them! He bent over backwards to give me a decent price and completed the work in time for settlement. Highly recommend!

David and the team at MaxPro roofing are very professional and competent when it comes to roofing repair and installation. After the recent snow and ice storm, our roof was leaking and destroying our interior ceiling. David and the team were literally on our roof at 9:30 pm shoveling snow and breaking up ice in an attempt  to minimize water damage to our living room and dining room.
