  Used them in the past for a new roof installation and they did a wonderful job were very personable as well. I’ve referred countless friends and family to them when the subject was brought up. Last week and this week we tried to call for a small repair done and they wouldn’t even return our calls. My husband called 2 different days and left 2 voicemails. I texted the cell number and they responded asked how they could help, I told them, they asked our address and then stopped responding. We paid in cash for our portion of the previous roof, and then the insurance paid- so I know we are in good standing with them. I know it’s not a big job, but they could at least respond saying “no thanks”, I’m busy”, “I’m sick” whatever the case is.. something. Leaving inquires unanswered is unprofessional and rude. I won’t beg anyone to come out- I’m sure another local roofer will want my money.
