David Hall is the best home inspector in the state! He is Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring, Understanding, Willing to go above and beyond to make sure you fully understand everything as well as making sure that he leaves no flaws behind! He found everything wrong with the house even when it wasn't visible to me! His experience in home inspections is phenomenal! David made sure my family and I were going to know what we were buying when looking at the home! David went above the expectation and I would recommend him to anyone! He will be my permanent go to guy when I need something! CALL DAVID HE IS WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY!! HE IS WORTH HIS WEIGHT IN GOLD! Now we will have a negotiation point for the home! I couldn’t have asked for a better home inspector! Mr David Hall was incredibly thorough; not a single thing escaped him. The report was easy to navigate and understand, and had all the information I needed. It also came very quickly even though the house was a total mess with a thousand issues! He got us quotes on everything super quickly as well (again, no small task for this house in particular). And best of all he was such a joy to work with. He’s kind, considerate, SO knowledgeable, and I truly felt that he treated the inspection as if he were a friend looking out for my best interest. So glad to have had the opportunity to work with him and recommend him as highly as possible!!! Thank you so much, David!!!

David did an incredible job inspecting the home we are purchasing. He was very thorough and detailed in his report and was available to answer my many questions. The inspection was also very affordable and he was able to bundle a home and mold inspection for me. Overall, I am very pleased with David's services and highly recommend him for home and mold inspections.
