  I guess it’s about time to leave a review. I have waited a few months since my roof project was completed to both ensure the quality was worthy and the e shield that Master’s Home Solutions included actually works. First and foremost, these people are professionals. Master’s went over every detail with me during the free estimate from A to Z. There was nothing to guess about after their representative left my home. A few days afterwards another one of Master’s representatives came to double check all measurements, review and finalize details, and make sure I was fully happy and aware with what I was choosing for my project. It was the most complete process that I have ever experienced with a contractor and the pride of the employees spoke chapters about what this company stands for. I chose e shield for my roof which is supposed to save money through decreasing energy bills. In the middle of a very cold Pennsylvania winter so far I have seen a true decrease in heating bills. I wasn’t sure if it was a gimmick at first, just another new technological sales pitch to make a few extra dollars, but the representatives were completely right in that it works! I couldn’t be happier with the appearance, workmanship, installation crew and the team at Master’s for helping me with my biggest asset, my home. Thank you again.

  The salesman and his boss were excellent beyond. The guy I spoke to from production on the phone was a little short and argumentative with me on the phone. The lady who scheduled the appointment was sweet and friendly. The crew who did the work was excellent especially the two younger men who did the work. They went up and beyond my expectations for their work and knowledge. They even did a few extras to make it look sooo nice. I haven’t had the chance to try the shower yet but I’m excited to see what it will be like. Hope to have many years of enjoying my new shower and toilet. Thank you so much!

  UPDATE: On January 24/22 Master's sent Philip Klinger Painting & Wallpaper to correct the damage. He did a wonderful job and was so professional! We're so thankful this is finally resolved. I will upgrade to 3 stars for connecting us to this resource. It is sad there were simply too many miscommunications on their part for 8 months. I only give them 1 star because "0 stars" is not an option. What started out as a seemingly friendly responsive company has sadly resulted in a situation that has yet to be resolved 6 months later. Our roof needed replacement at the end of May 2021. My husband had to come home from work when I discovered a significant hole in our wall-papered dining room ceiling from someone putting their foot through the drywall. The site manager was not here because they didn't bring enough nails for the job. No one on the crew spoke English well so I needed to call the company for help. They were also replacing significantly more plywood than necessary after directly being told not to. They also needed prompting to replace the baffling to provide airflow under the plywood in one area. A month went by until someone finally came to "repair" the hole in our ceiling. He didn't use drywall or spackling just screwed in a board leaving visible holes and seems around the sides, and glued a piece of our reserved wall paper to the ceiling. We have an email assuring us they would send a specialist so we paid them...big mistake! They have stopped responding, not even to our insurance company. They have their money ( A LOT OF $ )and we are left with a damaged ceiling. Our next step will be small claims court through the local magistrate. Don't risk using Masters. Very unprofessional.
