  They put a new roof on our home 7 to 8 years ago. My husband called a couple years ago for them to come and just do a check in case it needed repairs. He was supposed to come by in a few days. He didn't. He called back and talked to a lady who was going to give the message to "one of the boys". No return call. Now we have a leak. My husband called again. Again, he talked to a lady who was going to relay the message. AGAIN NO RESPONSE! BY the way, they were paid in full so that can't be an excuse
