  The crew that came out to place siding on my garage was on time, quick and clean. They left the site clean of debris and managed to work around my wife's flowers. Very polite and professional. When they left I had two neighbors ask for their phone number because they liked Martino's work. I would use them again.

  I called Martino Home Improvements after a large tree limb fell on my house. All the damage done to my home was listed as a service on their website. I called, told the receptionist EXACTLY what I needed done, and scheduled an appointment for a quote. When they got here, they informed me that they don't usually do the work that I needed (even though it is on their website and I told the receptionist the exact damage), but that they would call around and get some quotes with businesses they partner with so that I could at least have a quote for my insurance company. The next week, I called for an update. The receptionist told me that the rep was working on my quote and she would have him call me back. I never got a call back so I called again a few days later. At this point, the rep tells me that he can't get me a quote and he doesn't know who can help me. Basically, after weeks, I was ghosted. The only reason I give this review any stars at all is because the receptionists were SO FRIENDLY.

  Harley, we would like to apologize as a company for how your situation was handled. When we were out there the first time, we should have told you that this is something that we aren’t doing at this time. Then, we dropped the ball again when we did not call you back the same day to follow up and let you know. Afterward, when you called us, we failed a third time in not calling you back. We definitely earned your two star rating on this one and have already held a meeting on how we can improve our process so this doesn’t happen again. As to the work itself, we normally would be able to do a repair like this. Unfortunately, like many other companies right now we are short staffed and have to be selective of the jobs we take. We are actively trying to hire for the positions that would do this type of repair, but it is hard with the current worker shortage. We wish you good luck in getting your home fixed.   We had an excellent experience with Martino. They were patient, friendly, punctual, and did a great job. Best of all, they are very responsive and immediately answer any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend them!
