  I’ve worked professionally with the Marshall family and I can attest to their exceptional reputation and service. The volumes of happy customers and positive reviews they’ve earned over the years from homeowners throughout RI and southeastern, MA, says it all. They promise and deliver stress-free home improvements, take payment only after their work is complete, and they back their work up for a full 10 years. They are honest, caring, and compassionate towards their customers and I never hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know!

  Had 7 windows and 1 sliding door replaced. Overall the entire process went smooth, Bob the builder did professional work and cleaned the mess he should, I did the rest. Would do business with them again in the future!

  Appalling customer service. Reached out to this company regarding both siding and roofing work and company told me that they wouldn't help me bc they don't do "repair/replacement work". I understand that a company as "well established " as this does not need to waste their time doing" this type of work", but their lack of professionalism and common courtesy was shocking.

  Ms. Noenickx, your review of our company is very unusual. With hundreds of A+ reviews on Angie’s List (where fake reviews aren't allowed), we are recognized for exceptional customer service. People say we’re helpful, likable, and honest. And we try our best to assist each and every call that comes through our office. The same was the case with your call this morning, when you inquired about repair work on a house you don’t even own. We explained our policy to you, as we do with everyone – that we don’t repair projects done by other companies because it makes us liable for someone else’s work. We also explained that we warranty all of our own projects for a full 10 years, free of charge. We know it can be difficult and even frustrating to find an established, reputable contractor who is willing to do repairs or provide free quotes on a home you don’t actually own. Our company has a strong commitment to our customers, and if we are to continue providing the level of work and service we’re known for, we can’t get involved in this type of scenario.
