  Roofer placed wrong color tiles and is not responsive to correcting the problem even when I agreed to pay for the correction. Now I have an open permit on my roof, cant hire another roofer, and keep getting brushed off while my HOA is on the verge of court action. More over, roofers caused all the sheet rock along the fire wall in my attic to fall and put holes in my bathroom and closet ceiling which is being ignored. I several emails over the last weeks advising me that Mark McAllister will contact me and keep pushing me back. Being held hostage with an open permit, negligent damages, wrong colored shingles, and the worst part is the lack of communication. Take the money and run?

  Mark is punctual for appointments and prompt returning calls. He conducts himself professionally as did his crew. He kept a close eye on the project which was completed within 2 weeks from old roof removal to the completed installation of the new one. He coordinating with the city inspectors which allowed for prompt continuation of the project. His crew are hard workers! Showed up in the morning and working until early evening. They were always polite and conscientious and always cleaned up at the end of the work day. They did a great job! The roof looks great. I recommend them highly!

  Called to get an estimate, got an appointment for the following week. Took a half day off from My job to meet with the contractor…no call, no show. Nice
