  I chose this business because they are a Better Business Council member through the Manatee Chamber of Commerce. As the BBC manager, I know the business and I felt confident they were a business I could trust with my new home. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. I had a FHA 203k renovation loan which required a lot of moving parts and technical issues. They worked with me to get all the paperwork in that was required and the constantly moving start date. Shari was awesome in helping me pick a roof color and we went with Hickory. Once we were a go, they showed up on time (actually before I even left for work) and took only 3 days to complete the work on the house roof and shed roof. Very professional from start to finish. I can highly recommend them as a business that adheres to a higher standard of doing better business in the Manatee County Area.

  Our Condo Association has used Manson Roofing for more than 20 years. Manson has taken care of our shingle roofs, metal roofs and flat membrane roofs. They have always been extremely professional, and done a first class job for a fair price. We are in a hurricane zone so roofs are important and subject to considerable abuse. In the few instances when we have had a problem they have always been very responsive and taken care of the problem. As a Condo Association we are required to get three bids for any substantial project. We have never had any reason to change or even want to change to a different company.

  Professional all the way! Responsive and accountable for their work. They gave daily updates with photos of work performed. We used Manson Roofing for our business as well as new roofs for 2 family homes. Highly recommended!
