  From the first time I spoke with Manny and met him at our house for our free estimate he was polite, honest and knowledgeable. We had our estimate back that night. The price was reasonable based on the other 7 bids we received. He is not locked into one brand of shingle like other companies are so you can pick from an assortment of brands and color options, as well as other options if you would like. When the time came to install the roof, complete tear off, he gave us a date but we were in the middle of painting the exterior so we postponed it a week or so which was no problem for Manny! When the day finally came, his team showed up 30 minutes early and started getting all the supplies ready, dumpster was dropped off and at 8 am...the fun began! They moved quickly each day, but also took their time to ensure things were installed correctly! I ordered two skylights for them to install (I bought them, not Manny), they installed them but I ordered the wrong flashing kit for them so they couldn't finish them. Manny was able to get very similar skylights the next day, with the right flashing. They removed the ones I ordered and installed the correct ones. I slowed his team down ordering the wrong flashing but they pushed on with other projects until they got the right materials. All in all, we couldn't be happier with his team and their professionalism. They cleaned up each day, and even blew my leaves off the driveway! There were some marks from the ladders that scraped the fresh paint off, so Manny took it upon himself to paint all the blemished spots to ensure we were happy with the finished results. We are so happy of the job he and his team did, the professionalism they showed, the dedication to being on time and even early most days, and they were cordial and respectful to our property. Based on the experience we had with Manny, I wouldn't pick any other company to install another roof.

  Manny and his team are amazing. We had our siding replaced and outside basement walls painted. I don't write reviews normally, but I was so pleased with the work and interaction with Manny and Javier that I feel responsible to show them some love and help other people looking for a good contractor find this company. Manny is upfront, honest, and understanding for when things go a bit sideways (like some water intrusion damage). The estimate and final cost were right on the money, and the end product was beyond what we expected. We love the new siding and have a lot of confidence in the work by Manny and his team.

  OMG!!! Manny Roofing Contractor Service it the absolute best. Hands down! I contacted Manny a few weeks ago to take a look at my roof and shingles that needed to be updated. Manny came out within a day or two to look at the roof and surrounding area and take measurements. He provided me with a fair and detailed estimate. We scheduled a time to get the work started the following week Manny said he would be at my house at 8:00 am. Well, Manny and his team were on time at 7:59 am he was already on the roof prepping and removing the shingles. He cleaned up all debris daily as he worked. My neighbors have all been asking for Manny's number for there roofing needs. Manny went above and beyond-he finished the roof and shingles and even fixed the aluminum siding that was worn (and this wasn't even in his contract). Manny thank you so much for making this a seamless process. You are definitely the best in the roofing business.
