  Mann was recommended to me by a close friend that had used them for his roof. Mann provided a fair quote compared to other companies. They really saved me and helped me out of a bad situation. When the weather permitted, Mann was able to come in and repair and finish the work left by a different contractor after I had to fire them in December. The other company had no permits, insurance, etc filed with Amherst and building inspectors put stop work order on my house. The last contractor dragged his feet, showed up at my house in late afternoons 4pm-6pm(on days he decided to show) and would be pounding away late into the night. And after three weeks i still had less than half a roof completed. Like I said, Mann stepped in and picked up the pieces. They used materials I had on site to save me money. They fixed what the previous contractor did to my roof, without pushing for a complete re-tear-off of work that was mostly completed. Mann was able to fix the work, and finish the rest. They showed up by 8am, and was done by 3pm!! One day! I couldnt believe it. A stark contrast to what the previous contractor had put me and my family through. They showed us what real professionals at Mann can accomplish. My roof looks great and we couldn't be any happier with the results. I really can't say it enough, thank you Mann Construction.

  We had a roof repair needed on our house . It was a small job but it was difficult. Mann sent out a representative who gave us two prices. The first would have been less money and not guaranteed and the second was more but was guaranteed. We choose the second option. They scheduled a time to come out, were there when scheduled and spent about 4 hours with two guys doing the repair. As I mentioned they were trying to find a leak that no one knew where it was coming from. We had rain a couple of days later and unfortunately the leak was still there. We called Mann a second time and a representative came out and caulked the area and we tried again. With the next rain we still had a leak. We called again and here comes Joe with a helper to try and find this leak. He had to spend another 4 hours and finally found the source of the leak and fixed it. The result was no more leak. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have integrity , they stuck to their word. They were always pleasant and never gave us any attitude. I am sure Joe did not make any money on our job but as I say in business you do not hit a home run every time you are at bat. If you ever need any work done, call Mann. They are honest and have integrity.

  Amazing, extremely thorough and clean up was spotless, completed a roof replacement, facia and gutters in a day and a half! Highly recommend this company!
