  The owner without cost to me, inspected my roof. He found some areas of concern which he said could be addressed with a sealant. He recommended I reach out to him in a few years when the roof might need attention. To my surprise he GAVE ME the sealant at no cost. He was honest, generous and punctual. I will absolutely refer him and use him when it's time to redo/care for my commercial building's roof. One other thing I liked was that he specialized in commercial buildings with flat roofs.   Our flat roof at Thermodesign Corporation in Levittown, Pennsylvania needed to be replaced, and our neighbor, DS Craig Trucking recommended Manchester Commercial Roofing Systems to me. Manchester recommended Duro-Last PVC, and I felt comfortable with the product, the warranty, and the very fair price. They did a great job, and we are now good for the next 20 to thirty years.

  Kevin donated his services and all materials to replace a roof for Good Works Inc., a home repair ministry for low income families in Chester County Pa. He did a very professional job and took great care of the two row home roofs on either side. We are so thankful for how Kevin has blessed this homeowner with a roof they'll never have to worry about for years to come!
