  Chose between Malachi and Mammoth Roofing. By far Mammoth roofing has Superior customer service from the beginning of intake Hall to the actual inspection. Malachi represented themselves poorly. Rep asked about insurance didn't come out to the property and made me feel like if my insurance didn't pay for it I wasn't going to not knowing that I had full coverage to pay any out of cost expense. To any acquisition companies, independent homeowner, investors, real estate agents... I suggest contacting any other Roofing companies other than Malachi. No photos to add because he was the ONLY rep that was a NO SHOW!!!!!

  Apple Jacks, this doesn’t sound like us at all. May I ask your full name, so that I may review your information and respond to your review with the best knowledge I have, regarding you as a prospective client. By your tone, it sounds like you may be somehow affiliated with, or aligned with, a competing company, and imploring some shady tactics to tarnish the reputation of the competition. It wouldn’t be the first time in the history of google reviews that someone has done this. I’ve also heard of companies incentivizing clients to give a poor review of the competition. This is highly unethical and verges on illegal. If this is not the case, prove me wrong by publicly posting your full name and/or calling into the office to discuss why you feel you were treated unfairly, so that I may offer a fair and educated response to your review. If you have been treated unfairly or if a salesman has misrepresented the company, I have no problem apologizing publicly, through this forum, and owning up to our mistake. But with no reference to who you might be, I have no way to know if this is a legitimate complaint or how to respond to your grievance. If you do not wish to discuss this matter over a phone call, you may email us at [email protected]. I will be doing more research to find out who you might be, so that I have a better idea of what might have or might not have transpired. If this review is not genuine, I would implore you to remove it.

  I was referred to Gideon of Malachi Consulting through a close friend of mine almost 16 years ago. Since then they have assisted me on several occasions with roofing issues, new flooring, and general work such as sheet rock repair, electric issues, etc. Malachi Consulting are certainly very reliable, responsive, have high quality workmanship in everything they do, and give referrals you can truly count on. I have seen family and friends run into problems with contractors too often and usually there is a monetary cost to it. I have found people I can trust, who truly care about their work and customer service, and I will never stray from them.

  Zach and Breandan were excellent and professional throughout the repair process. I had started with another roofer that turned out to be unreliable. Malachi explained the whole process came and had my roof done in a day. They delivered on everything they said and did a very neat job. My roof looks awesome and I highly recommend Malachi Consulting for your roof needs.
