  I feel as though this company is very unprofessional. The office calling without leaving a message and Tom saying he would post all the comments if I did a poor review. The installation process did not begin when it was originally scheduled to. There was no communication during the installation process and the use of my electricity. What was told to me that would be completed was not. Clean up looked like it was completed by a 2 year old. A text was sent a couple weeks ago and I still have yet to receive a response.

  It’s hard to even know where to start this review. Literally every single thing about working with this company was exemplary. I am blown away by their customer service and true kindness, not to mention the fact that the actual work done was top notch quality. Our roof was leaking in two different places – we needed new chimney flashing and a new boot to be installed around a 4-inch PVC pipe that vents from the upstairs bathroom. From the moment I called to make an appointment over the phone, to the initial assessment and home visit from Tom, through the work being done, and all the way to the final moment when Danis and his team finished up, it was so easy to communicate with everyone. Tom even followed up with me after the work was completed, just to check in and make sure they didn’t miss anything. This company either hires people who are already incredible humans, or they must train them to be incredible humans. Either way, it was a lovely experience to have this roof work done, which is definitely surprising and certainly not something I would have expected could be possible. I feel so lucky to have come across Major Home Improvements, LLC and I honestly could go on and on about my experience. But I will end with this -- if you’re looking for some help with a roof project and you value efficiency, fair prices, and genuine human connection, you can’t go wrong with these guys.

  The team at Major Home Improvements was professional and courteous at all phases of our window project. Tom was an amazing resource to get us started and our window installer installed all six of our windows in less than a half day. He vacuumed the inside and was super clean outside picking up all loose items and debris. He even told us our old windows had no insulation! He put it in for us at no extra charge, highly recommend these folks!
