Purchased a ranch home in Midland that had about 1000 sq ft basement and another 1000 sq ft crawlspace. All the plumbing and HVAC ran through the crawlspace which had no insulation nor any vapor barrier. MAG came out to provide an estimate; very professional, answered all my questions, provided pros and cons to a couple options, and offered a great price for the work to be done. They did a great job with the crawl space. Vapor barrier was properly laid and the spray foam was well sprayed out, covering all the nooks of the exterior walls. The spray crew was very clean and neat and left no evidence that they had been in the house. The slight odor from the spray foam was very minor (much less than the damp crawl smell) and dissipated within a day or two. We're very happy with the results.
