  I would never recommend this company! Installed a roof at a rental property of mine, when job was completed gave check to their representative. Over a year later they claimed that job was marked paid in their system, but they cannot seem to find payment and that I needed to provide proof of payment. They said employee who accepted check wasn’t working for them any longer and they didn’t know if he stole check. While was trying to figure out was going on and trying to see if check was cashed. They left a rude voicemail saying that they would be referring me to collections. They are ones who lost check or stole it one. I pay my bills and use many contractors. They are by far the most disorganized contractor I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend using them under any circumstances and will let everyone in central Ky that I do business know this as well.

  So sorry to inconvenience you Ben, but the bottom line is that we do not have proof that you have paid the balance on your account of $3100.00. All we are asking for is proof that you have paid it. As in, did a check clear your account or not? If you have proof of that, please supply it; this is what we have been asking for for many weeks. If there is not proof of a $3100.00 check clearing your account, then you still owe the money. Regardless of our employees or accounting system, the work was done. Thanks!   We had a roof put on our house with Madison Remodeling, Inc and I will be using this company again for any future home repairs. I am so impressed with how quickly they finished our roof, it was done before I got home from work AND I left for work before they even showed up! There was NOTHING left for us to pick up or throw away, the yard was clean with absolutely no debris. The roof looks great and the small leak that we had been dealing with is no longer an issue. I can not express just how impressed my husband and I are with this company and the quality of the work done for the reasonable price we were charged. This company is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED buy two very happy homeowners in Richmond.
