  It was sure our lucky day to have found Mackey Metal Roofing. We had a ton of questions about a horribly poor installation we just had done by a guy who apparently knew nothing about metal roofs. I found Dave Mackey through an internet search and his professional YouTube video that addressed the exact issues we were having. I took a chance and called, actually getting Dave directly and was treated just like I was in his office and an actual customer. He went above and beyond being helpful with sharing his knowledge and information with a total stranger. He asked me for details of our issues, and even asked that I send pictures for him to evaluate. He was so thoughtful with his attention and even took the time to send thorough written responses. He is a wealth of knowledge and experience. With his expert skill, we wished we lived closer (we're in FL) so we could have his company come to our rescue and fix the problems with our roof. I have no doubt if you need a metal roof install or repair, this is the company you will DEFINITELY want to hire. It's very difficult to find excellence in a contractor, but Dave and his company are at the top of the list. As we experienced, your job will be as important to Dave as it is to you. He cares about your satisfaction. Quality is certainly Mackey Metal Roofing's middle name. Don't hesitate to call.

  This company provided outstanding customer service to me. They are clearly experts in their field, and willing to provide the amateur with detailed instruction in order to assure that a quality roof installation is achieved. Do not hesitant to use Mackey Metal Roofing!
