  We've used Manny and his team twice now. We're very happy with their work. He's easy to work with and does a great job! I'd recommend him to anyone. -and they always leave everything nice and clean! Excellent!

  DO NOT use MANCIAS CONSTRUCTION and please share so no one else uses them either. The owner Arnold Mancias who was friends with my mom and even invited my mom to his church and spoke ill of others that didn't make Godly choices did my mom's floor and charged her a decent amount. Being a family friend and apparently Godly man my mom trusted him. Now, the floor is messing up and he is no where to be found and ignores my moms calls about having a $10,000 dollar job repaired. It's so sad and I do not want anyone else ending up in this position. My mom is trying to sell her home and is now having to pay extra due to the floors. (Specifically these floors she has already paid 10k to install) If he can do this to her, I cannot even imagine what he is capable of with others he hardly knows. So disappointing.
