  Mark and his 2 colleagues did superb repair work to a "valley" section of my roof that I will call Exterior Refurbishment. Not only was their labor accomplished perfectly and in only half a day (= one entire morning), their courtesy was exceptional. Mark himself made 2 visits - one last fall and one just about a week and a half ago - to confirm what needed to be done. His personal and professional attentiveness as well as his wife Lisa's very thoughtful phone-messages (plus the kindness of an M&J tee-shirt that I'll wear proudly) truly exemplify "Minnesota Nice" in the best sense.   We purchased a home that had had work done by the previous owner. M&J had done the work. We had a concern about something, and the next day they came out to look into it with us and help identify the issue. It turned out to have nothing to do with the work they had done (which seems good), but they were able to help us identify the issue anyway.
