  I was so impressed with Lyons roofing. I asked three different companies for quotes but used Lyons. Of the other two, one promised a quote over approximately one week after the home visit to see what needed to be done and the other declined the repair and gave me a quote for the roofing that was three times what Lyons quoted for the same job....plus Lyons warranty is five years longer than the other company. I felt their prices were reasonable. Yes, I would have loved it if they were cheaper, but they have workers to take care of and have to make a profit. And they were more than competitive with their competition. Josh was quite honest about what he felt would be the best path for me to take with my repair and honest about his assessment of my guttering needs. He arrived on time and did a great job explaining everything. His honesty was one reason I made the decision I made before receiving the third quote. I had a quote before he left though he had to make two visits due to the steep pitch of my roof. The work was completed quickly after the contract was signed. It looks great. A moisture meter showed no moisture reading on the repair after a hard rain. So unless something starts leaking, I am completely satisfied. And there is a one year warranty on the repair. I was also happy with the crews that were sent. They were polite and left things as they found them. Thanks, Josh, Lyons, and the repair people. You sure made my Christmas merrier.

  Had a recommendation for Lyons from my parents. In 2019 when we had a ton of rain our fixer upper we bought had a very old skylight that leaked. We also had short flashing that leaked in another area. DJ got our skylight replaced, fixed the flashing, and his guy was able to match the other part of our wood siding, so it looked intentional when they were done. Pricing was very fair for the work done and he didn’t try to sell me work or a new roof I didn’t need yet. Fast forward to 2/2021 after ice and rain we found two leak spots. DJ called back super quick and came out next day to take a look. Found out it was just 4 rusty nails. He fixed them on the spot. I sent him off with a thanks so much and a Gatorade for his time. We will definitely call Lyons in the next few years when we are ready for a new roof!
