  Called to get a quote to replace the metal roof on my house after having several leaks appear. A few days later their representative showed up and got on top of my house, looked the situation over and came back down. We discussed several options he took my info and said he would send me a quote through email. Eight days later I called their office to see about my quote because I had not received it. I was told their representative would call me right back. Three days later. He finally did call back..... He said that he would be out of the office for the next few days and would send it as soon as he returned. That was over a month ago! Either they're way too busy, and don't need anymore business,or, they just don't care?

  I needed my roof patched, I had a leak that 2 other roofers couldn't find, and they just quit trying. Mr Burchett, at Lydick-Hooks, continued to come out and work on the leaky area until it was repaired. I am so grateful and pleased with the work done by Lydick-Hooks Roofing.
