  From our first contact to the last day, this company did an excellent job communicating, following up, and keeping our property clean and well cared for throughout the roofing process. I highly recommend them.

  I had first hand witness on how they treat their outside contractors. These people are so crooked and deceitful it makes me sick to my stomach. They don’t care about anyone’s life and how they affect it, they are selfish people and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. I didn’t like the way they were treating the sub contractors in my presence, it made me never want to do business with them again. They didn’t complete my project in a timely manor and it wasn’t completed anywheres near the deadline they had set. It was excuse after excuse of why my project was taking so long and I was fed up with it. If you want your job done, don’t go to them.

  Melissa, We feel you may have us confused with another company. We have no record of ever receiving any calls from you or ever doing any work for you. Lucas Waterproofing has been in business for over 40 years and we have our own employees. As a rule we don't have outside contractors and we wouldn't have been in business this long if we didn't care about other people, the quality of our work and getting it done in a timely manor. If you were dealing with our company and having this type of an experience we would certainly have expected you to call our office. Lucas Waterproofing Co., LLC
